 Due to rapid office growth, Sapphire Technologies is currently seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our winning team in our Atlanta, GA office (located in Alpharetta). This is the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or an experienced recruiter.

 We are looking for a recruiter to be 100% candidate-focused for both contract and permanent placements. You will be sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, and negotiating with candidates. You will be building relationships with local technical professionals and assisting them in finding jobs with our clients. You will also be networking for referrals and client leads, working closely with the account management staff, and building repoire with our clients. This position will keep you very busy- our account managers average 30 requirements at any time, so there is never a shortage of openings to work on! You must be comfortable working with candidates and clients on the phone and in person.

 Required Skills: 1-2 years work experience (part time work during college is acceptable). Good relationship building skills are a must. Candidates must have a solid work ethic, desire to succeed, positive and outgoing attitude, and good verbal/written communication skills. Must be self-motivated with the inner drive to be successful and get the job done! A TECHNICAL BACKGROUND IS NOT REQUIRED- If you have a great attitude and are looking for a career in sales, you may be a great fit!

 Desired Background: A Bachelors Degree from an accredited university is strongly desired. Any sales and relationship building experience, including retail, server/bartender, etc... is a big plus. Experience recruiting or doing account management within the staffing industry is a plus.
