Recruiting Director, Executive Account Manager – IT Vendor Management Office

                                                   

Executive Account Manager, dedicated to implementing and managing a Vendor Management Office.    Responsibility, authority, and integrity to deliver and coordinate the appropriate resources necessary to implement and administer a very large scale IT staffing Vendor Management Office.

 

Executive Account Manager shall have five or more years of experience working in an environment comparable to a very large scale Enterprise IT Staff Augmentation Management  VMS.

 

 

Service Delivery

 

An Executive Account Manager has overall accountability for the account(s).  He/She is responsible for operational excellence and sound business management.  Responsibilities are defined as follows:

·     Know and adhere to the account/team processes and procedures

·     Know the scope and terms of the customer contract(s)

·     Know the account/team Service Level Agreements and understand their effect on the business

·     Know how to effectively and appropriately utilize all account/team knowledge resources

·     Ensure proper contract management by delivering the agreed upon scope of work, and ensure account SLA/SLOs are met

·     Monitor the vendor network and ensure performance adjustments are made appropriately and timely

·     Ensure timely and appropriate escalation of service delivery issues

·     Demonstrate ownership of account/team issues and deliverables

·     Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and overall service delivery performance

·     Demonstrate the ability to maintain adequate staffing coverage for the account

·     Demonstrate an understanding of the customer’s business

·     Follow up, resolve, and escalate open issues in a timely and appropriate manner

 

Customer Satisfaction

 

An Executive Account Manager is responsible for supporting the customer in a manner that will ensure a proper level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities are defined as follows:

·     Promptly document, address, and resolve customer issues

·     Be dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers

·     Communicate professionally and effectively with customers; establish regular communications with the customer

·     Maintain a positive, healthy attitude toward the customer

·     Ensure compliance to customer policies and procedures

·     Demonstrate the ability to lead presentations to customers and management in formal settings

·     Work to build and maintain a positive reputation with the customer

·     Protect and secure the customer’s confidential information (handle with discretion)

·     Be able to manage the customer's expectations

An Executive Account Manager is responsible for developing good relationships with vendors and personnel to ensure a professional and respectful relationship among all parties. Responsibilities are defined as follows:
