Software Marketing is a leading provider of software solutions nationwide to the commercial print, direct marketing and fulfillment industries.  We are currently seeking a knowledgeable person to assist our growing customer base with hardware and environmental support they need to ensure successful use of our web based software solutions on their servers or on our co-location facility.

Responsibilities include:

• 
  
  Troubleshooting  customer environmental   issues in a timely and professional manner our nationwide client base
  
  
• 
  
    Building a knowledge base of common customer issues
  
  
• 
  
    Providing assistance to our clients in implementation of technology on their in-house servers
  
  
• 
  
   Assisting our software support team in problem identification
  
  
• 
  
   Back-up support for our in-house network administraion
  
  
• 
  
   Occasional travel to customer locations  

Required qualifications:

• 
  
  Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Bachelors degree with 2 years experience in administering systems
  
  
• 
  
  Experience with Windows 2008, MS Office2007, SQL2008, and Exchange Server Administration preferred.
  
  
• 
  
   In depth knowledge of hardware, software and new technologies

    Excellent  communication skills

   Prior help desk experience
