This position is located in our DC, Washington facility
Successful candidate will provide information system solutions and technical support at the DIAC in one or more areas including personal computer/client server support, systems programming, applications design and development, database design and administration, telecommunications and network support and administration. Successful candidate will have expert experience in Windows 2000/XP operating systems and strong troubleshooting skills with various hardware and software applications (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, IE, Netscape, etc.). The candidate must have a high level of expertise with Active Directory administrations; must be able to utilize SMS to remotely troubleshoot desktop systems. A solid knowledge of utilizing TCP/IP in LAN environment is a must. As well as, and understanding of DOD security policies and procedures. High levels of customer service and communications skills are required as well. Location is Clarendon, VA.
One of the following Education/Experience levels is required:
1. Bachelor's degree plus 7 years experience.
2. Master's degree plus 5 year experience.
3. 11 Years experience.
Note: Successful completion of a relevant IT certification may be substituted for one year experience.
