This professional will manage and lead the software staff. Proven leadership ability, a positive attitude and willingness to learn and lead in a performance based culture are the core requirements. The chosen candidate will have the willingness to be a hands-on software developer and project manager, maintain high levels of availability for mission critical software applications, and coach and apply SDLC methodology towards software development.
