Haldex Concentric, Inc., an automotive component manufacturer located in Itasca, Illinois, is seeking an IT Specialist to enhance and support internal MIS and related systems.

Key Activities:

1. Deploy, support, and upgrade desktops, printers and other peripherals.
2. Continuous improvement of Made2Manage and related custom software/reports.
3. Monitor and maintain system infrastructure.
4. Perform routine backups and preventative maintenance.
5. Add/Delete/Support /Train Users on applications (Made2Manage, Office, Anti-virus, etc.)
6. Maintain domain, email, file, and database servers.
7. Manage outside vendors / web service providers.
8. Coordinate projects and priorities to develop a consistent IT direction and strategy.
9. Assist Accounting dept. with physical inventory, month-end-close, and other significant events.

Ideal candidate must possess a Degree in Computer Science, 1-3 years experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience; Made2Manage background a plus. Must possess the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels.
