About the Job
Jacksonville Residents (with in 40 miles) need only apply - Knowledge of telecommunication software and other communication devices. - Ability to troubleshoot routine hardware repairs such as desktop, servers, printers, print servers, scanners, faxes; including telecommunication repairs.
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Certifications preferred
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2000/XP desktop operating systems; Office XP, Microsoft Windows 2000 server and Microsoft Exchange Server 2000.
- - Knowledge of TCP/IP routing, Cisco, and configurations.
- Knowledge of computer processes and capabilities
- Demonstrated administrative skills including the design and implementation of effective and efficient internal controls.
- Demonstrated ability to find resourceful and innovative solutions, "think outside the box," congruent with a non-profit organization's resources.
- Strong customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
Salary will be commensurate with experience
