About the Job
Play a key role as an IT business analyst and coordinator in the marketing BI applications
Gather requirements, design & integration testing BI application solutions
Gather and understand business requirements and interpret it into system solutions
Analyze business data and assist the users in understanding the information
Coordinate project management with off-shore and other IT and business teams
Analyze business data and assist the users in understanding the information in the data warehouse
Develop ad-hoc quires and reports to support business data analysis and troubleshooting
Document the design specifications
Provide core user support
5+ years experience with business requirement analysis, data analysis and specification writing.
3+ years experience with large project coordination with international business and IT teams
3+ years experience with BI reporting application development and implementation
3+ years experience with Oracle SQL development
AVON experience a plus
MicroStrategy experience a plus
Highly motivated individual with good customer relationship & support skills and the ability to learn new technology and concepts quickly
Good communication skills
Objective-oriented with dedication and commitment to the job duties.
4-year degree preferred or equivalent..
