IT Specialist - Network Technician
About the Job
MSEmploy is a new job and training resource designed exclusively for Microsoft technology professionals.
Duties Include:
· Install & troubleshoot Microsoft network environments.
· Install & troubleshoot other proprietary software & hardware at client sites.
· Maintain records of client site environments.
· Provide daily & detailed updates on trouble tickets/orders.
· Work with our customers to provide their clients efficient & courteous service.
· Support IT Specialists & Third Party technicians.
· Manage small to medium projects.
