We are looking for a full-time employee for an opportunity in the western suburbs of Chicago to assist with various projects in the areas of testing, maintenance, documentation, support, training, and deployment of software and hardware solutions
Position Responsibilities/Prior Experience in the following:
· Bachelors degree in Computer Science or other Technical degree
· Extensive phone support in a Help Desk environment. Experience with issue tracking software.
· Providing documentation and training on technical topics
· Performs testing of software and hardware solutions.
· Participates in the overall maintenance of existing software and hardware solutions, including the training and deployment of all changes and upgrades.
· Adheres to standards, policies, and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
