Part-time Information Technology Support Technician needed to work a maximum of 20 hours per week. Responsible for the desktop administration and support to end-users in an MS Windows environment and trouble shooting to resolve client hardware/software problems. Must complete incoming workorders such as installing equipment, moving and connecting devices, and performing preventative maintenance for computer, data communication and/or peripheral equipment. Will manage the Microsoft security patch process and provide PC hardware and software systems orientations and training to staff as needed. Requires an Associates Degreee or equivalent work experience in a computer related field. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills along with PC Workstation skills. Also, must posses strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
