Currently the Firm is seeking a high quality IT professional who is looking for an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement. Our expanding client base allows us to offer new opportunities to support our IT Administrator in our Utica and Rome locations.

The successful candidate must have a B.S. in computer science (a combination of an associate degree,comparable certifications or experience will be considered) and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Exposure to various Microsoft Windows server and desktop operating systems and applications, Citrix, VPN and accounting sofware is a plus. 

This newly created position will report to our IT Administrator, and interact highly with end users.  Responsibilites will include hardware installation/support, software installation/suport and mainitain upgrades, troubleshooting end user problems (local and remote), support tape back up process, and assist the IT Administrator in daily routines as well as special projects.
