IT Systems Integration Analyst - (SQL, SSRS, Excel):

Position Responsibilities:
- Partner with key functional department heads and with the Accounting department to create a financial reporting framework
- Perform data analysis from various data sources
- Normalize legacy databases and migrate data into new databases
- Create database synchronization scripts
- Analyze business logic and design / update data models
- Perform database analysis and propose changes to improve scalability and/or performance
- Provide accurate and properly formatted data to programmers/developers
- Review existing design and identify any areas for improvement
- Perform basic administration and maintenance of SQL databases
Position Requirements/Candidate Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a management reporting/business analysis role using SQL techniques, within a financial services environment
- Strong work ethic and professional maturity
- Familiarity with back office trade operations and trade accounting procedures
- Strong knowledge and experience with the following:
- SQL (T-SQL, MySQL), including Stored Procedures, Triggers, UDFs
- SSRS (2005)
- Data integration software (e.g. Pervasive / Cast Iron / etc)
- CRM systems (familiarity with Salesforce schema a big plus)
- Basic fundamentals of programming language
- Microsoft Excel (VBA a plus)
- Sharp analytical thinking skills, and a proven ability to solve complex data-centric problems
