Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have technical recruiting experience to include development of new accounts/business. Will also consider individuals who have experience in complex sales cycles such as financial services, mortgage broker, or real estate. Must be comfortable with making outgoing phone calls to prospective clients and candidates. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and excel at internet research. Excellent communications skills are a must. Candidates should be motivated self-starters who are comfortable working independently while part of a team as you are responsible for running your own desk. Any technical knowledge/experience is a plus.
