SUMMARY:

Process all incoming insurance mail. Support borrowers and external customers by being proficient and compliant with policies and procedures as it pertains to data entry functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver timely, accurate Entry of insurance data
• Make outbound calls to verify Insurance or to clarify information received.
•  Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Understand and adhere to documented ZCS business practices
• Meet productivity, quality, and availability standards as well as schedule adherence and attendance guidelines so as to assist in meeting client service levels
• Process all incoming documents and handle all client-specific issues.
• Assist with other functions/departments as necessary.
• Share accountability with the team for delivering service and quality to clients.
• Work proficiently in all applicable applications and job functions.

• Ability to work in a team environment to collectively address team issues, resolve problems and receive constructive feedback.

• Mortgage banking experience a plus
