Immediate Contract to Hire Inbound Call Center Professionals Needed!!
Positions starting November 13th and December 8th
24K-28K per year
Today’s Office Professionals is currently seeking experienced Call Center Customer Service Professionals. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 2 years call center experience reflected on a resume with stable job history scheduled to start October 14, 2009.
Sales, up-selling, suggestive selling is preferred. Credit Card and/or Loan Servicing experience is highly preferred. Qualified candidates will also initially be trained in Pre-Application, OLB Pin Reset, Card Activation and Lost/Stolen.
Candidates must have a stable work history reflected on your resume. These agents will be Customer Service trained, however their primary purpose will be to support our Credit Card operations. You would be working a 40-hour work week while training and a 40 hour week after training. Please note, schedules are subject to change based on additional training and call center needs.

1. 1st shift could work as late as 7pm and 2nd shift could work as late as 10pm and alternating Saturdays
2. Position may work traditional and non-traditional holidays
There will be 2 different training classes:
One will start on November 13th, 2009 and the other will start on December 8th
Training to include both Classroom and Hands-on experience
Please note the above schedule is approximate. The candidate will need to be available for the entire training period.
Job Duties
- Receives and responds to inbound calls or emails.
- Answers general questions regarding company products and services
- Gains knowledge of company products and services
- Updates and maintains customer account information
- Uses problem solving skills to address issues and concerns of customers
- Responsible for preparing reports using customer information
- Works in a team oriented environment
- Maintains a positive attitude
- Delivers excellent customer service
- Utilizes MS Office products to input customer information

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have at least 2 years inbound call center experience as well sales or up-selling or suggestive selling experience reflected on a resume.
- Must be able to pass a Federal background check and drug test administered free of charge by the client.
- Candidate must have ability to take inbound calls on a continuous basis.
- Stable job history is required with Call Center or Call Center Sales experience reflected on a resume.
- Excellent Attendance and Customer Service Skills
