Immediate opportunity for District Manager with multi unit retail experience.

Manage a district for our rapidly expanding business.  Retail District Manager for the Ohio region of the U.S is needed for current and future expansion.

The successful candidate will have at least 8+ years experience in store management and multi-unit hard lines retail management.  The district manager will have a large geographical area including anywhere from 4-8 stores.  Responsibility of leadership and direction to our store managers and assistant managers will be a daily requirement.  You will be able to control shrink and operational imperatives within the district.  Training of management in customer service, merchandising, driving sales, safety, and increasing bottom line profit will be some of the job requirements.  Excellent verbal and written communications skills and follow through are imperative for this position.
