Implementation Consultant
The Position:
Pöyry has been the recognized leader in performance improvement in North American manufacturing since 1993. Our consulting model is to deliver sustainable performance improvement, and consequently higher profitability to our clients by first identifying management and operating disciplines that inhibit optimum performance (the assessment phase), then implementing management systems, tools, processes and operating practices that effectively and sustainably drive improved performance (the project phase).
The Lifestyle:
At Pöyry, our consultants work very independently. They execute our process and methodologies, but also apply their own business knowledge, analytical abilities, leadership, interpersonal skills, and good judgment. It is through their presence, conduct, and achievements that the lasting impression is created that Pöyry will do whatever it takes to achieve outstanding and sustainable results.
The Assessment Phase of our work typically lasts 2-3 weeks, during which time our team is working on-site at the client mill five days per week. The Project Phase of our work can last anywhere from 6 to 15 months per site, during which our team works four days on-site, and one day in the office.
