Job Description

Implementation Coordinator / Project Scheduler for IT Services

OAO Technology Solutions is currently seeking candidates for an Implementation Coordinator position in Duluth GA. This is not a technical job!

Job Description: 

Provide support for a very large IT services team via phone and email. Process requests for IT services. Manage inventories and assets. Understand and apply IT service policies. Resolve issues. Manage small projects or portions of projects from rollout to completion.
Requires focus, dedication and attention to detail. May require some evening hours.

This is a TEMP-TO-PERM position which will convert to permanent in 3-12 months. Pay rate is 12.50 per hour. Benefits are available after 90 days.
  
Minimum Requirements:

-  Completed Associate’s Degree or Professional Training (Certificate)
-  Experience supporting technical teams or working for an IT company
-  Customer Service experience
-  Strong verbal and written communication skills
-  Highly effective Data Collection and Problem-solving capabilities
-  Have used Microsoft Excel at a job previously
-  Good organizational skills

-  Bachelor’s Degree
-  Project Management training
-  Experience supporting managed IT services
