As our Implementation Manager III, your primary mission will be the handling, delivery, and ongoing relationship management of projects for our largest clients.  Following a comprehensive training and certification process during which time you will act as backup for one of our existing implementation managers, you will be tasked with taking over some existing projects as well as handling new ones, all the way from requirement definition to launch and on to maintenance.  As such, your skillful dealings with various internal operations groups, development, and QA on the front end, and customer care, maintenance, and production support on the back end will be central to your success as you ensure that we got it right and learn what we can do to better serve future clients or offer enhancements to existing ones.  Your experience managing against delivery metrics and SLAs will keep your work on track, and your clear communication style will keep clients and upper management alike abreast of developments effecting your progress.  Also figuring into your success in this dynamic role will be your skill in managing and maintaining vendors upon whom we rely for delivery of our services, as well as groups and associations who influence the industry as a whole.  Step up to this high-profile position that leverages your knowledge and ability to influence the processes that drive our global growth.
