SUMMARY: Provide sales support and technical advice to brokers, wholesalers and business contacts regarding new business for Benefits Consultants Group. Follow up on information requests received from outside advisors. Provide information on IRS rules and regulations, plan administration and fees. Provide Proactive and responsive retirement plan sales support to distribution partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provide sales and plan implementation support to brokers, wholesalers and business contacts through written and verbal communications
Proactive follow up on requests for proposals to solicit new business for BCG
Make follow up calls in response to all outside requests for new plan information
Make Proactive Phone calls to introduce BCG and its products and services to distribution channels.
Assist BCG Regional Retirement Plan Sales Director through BCG introduction calls, setting appointments following up on meetings and making calls to thank them for submitted business.
Coordinate and Assist brokers, plan sponsors and BCG operations staff with the documentation and procedures necessary to establish a new plan with BCG
Assist brokers, wholesalers and business contacts in new comparability studies
Prepare and follow up on Proposal requests.
Establish and grow relationships with distribution partners.
Handle special projects, tasks and requests as needed.
