ContinuLink has an outstanding career opportunity for an experienced Implementation, Training and Product Specialist to join our Company.
ContinuLink is a unique and complete web based enterprise software system in the home care industry.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the production, review and maintenance of training documentation and implentation plans.
· Reviews and manages customer relationships both pre and post implementation.
· Full ownership of a customer’s implementation process after initial kickoff meeting.
· Resolves end user ContinuLink support requests and concerns during implementation phase and afterwards as time permits.
· Manages of and provides on-site and web based training to end users.
· Responsible for development, review and maintenance of CBT courses as directed.
· Responsible for following implementation guidelines, procedures and processes to function effectively and efficiently.
· Trains internal Support staff, and new Training and Implementation personnel.
· Reviews support issues and escalation procedures to second level help desk or development teams from assigned accounts during implementation phase.
· Provides input and recommendations for system enhancements to the Manager of Implementations and Training; VP of Application Development and the C.E.O.
· Understand home health care, Hospice and other business lines in depth and be able to assist end users in set up and configuration of applications for their particular business processes.
Must Have:
· Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent years of experience.
· Four (4) years implementation experience and two (2) years in a health care setting.
· Prior experience in Home Care or Hospice or Staffing or Private Duty either in clinical or operations or in the software industry serving these business lines.
