Position: Implementer

Responsibilities:

As Implementer, you will be responsible for performing tasks assigned to you by Project Manager in a timely and quality manner. The job requires 70-80% travel. Specific responsibilities include:

• Solution Setup (creating project plans, performing schedule analysis, documenting management processes, defining detailed roles and responsibilities)
• Progress Reporting (providing semi-weekly updates to Project Manager on project progress)
• Software Training and Coaching for all users, and for clients’ internal trainers.

Qualifications/Skills:

• BS in Industrial Engineering/ Operations Research / Operations Management, or similar disciplines.
• 1 to 4 years experience in manufacturing, construction or engineering operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong aptitude for software (must be software savvy).
