Requirements: • A bachelor's degree or several years' experience in a purchasing role • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PDF • Supply chain or operations management training, which can be obtained through the Institute for Supply Management, American Purchasing Society or the Association for Operations Management ---not request, potential to move into purchasing manager roles • Bilingual in Chinese and English
Responsibilities • Participate in strategic product planning with Product development team • Analyzing, processing and expediting orders as needed and replenishing stock items. • Plan shipping as complete as possible on better timing and availability. • Promote cooperation with Current and prospective vendor. • Price Negotiation to Continuous improvement of product cost to meet company profit goal
