TITLE:        Inbound Call Center / Customer Service Reps

LOCATION:           Louisville, KY

DURATION:           3-6 month temp to perm assignment

Responsibilities:

• To take inbound calls from customers and provide superior telephone customer service support surrounding various inquiries ensuring all issues are resolved.
• Answer phones and assist tax preparers and taxpayers with questions; follow up when / if necessary
• Use tools available such as Customer Service Application, Guidelines, etc. to answer each call correctly
• Comment the system after every call
• Wrap up each call appropriately
• Complete any necessary paperwork in a timely manner
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
• Need to be able to have flexibility in work schedule to work either 1^st or 2^nd shift.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma Required
• 2 years of call center customer service preferred, minimum of 1 year is required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of Internet
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to effectively and professionally interact with clients in multiple situations, including escalated situations
• Must work well in a team environment
• Must have a sense of urgency when handling client calls
• Must work well under pressure and in stressful situations
• Flexible work schedule which will include evening and weekend work
• Bilingual a plus
• General tax knowledge a plus
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivilant
• Live in close proximity to the east side of Louisville
