Description:
Are you friendly, outgoing, motivated and customer service focused? If so, Volt Workforce Solutions may have an opportunity for you!

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be taking inbound phone calls and assisting customers with updating their cell phone accounts. Providing excellent customer service is key in this position.

Requirements:
Ideal candidates will enjoy interacting with people and have at least one recent year of previous call center or customer service. Must be flexible to work any shift assigned, including nights, weekends and holidays. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and intermediate typing/data entry skills are necessary for this position. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus!
