Since I entered the workforce in 1969, I have found the last 2 1/2 years I have worked at Triton to be one of the finest employers I've ever had. We're open around the clock so getting a schedule that works for me and my family has been easy. Full time is only 32 hours per week to qualify for benefits but I can pretty much put in as many hours as I want. Because of some personal issues in my life flexibility is a priority and Triton has really been terrific. My income is in my own hands, and Triton offers weekly training and all the coaching I want. I've been working at Triton Technology for 3 1/2 years now and as a mother of two children I love the flexible hours.  Coming into work early allows me to be home after school to be with my kids which is really important to me and my husband. As a new grandmother, being able to adjust my schedule has been wonderful. It's given me plenty of time to enjoy my grandson.
