Inbound Sales Supervisor

Asset Marketing Services, Inc is a national multi-million dollar direct response company specializing in collectible coins, watches, jewelry & other innovative consumer products from around the world.  Due to exciting growth opportunities we are currently hiring for an Inbound Sales Supervisor.

The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast paced team environment with the ability to train and motivate others to reach business unit goals.  Qualifications include: 2-4 years of progressive hands on, Inbound Sales/Call Center management and supervisory experience.  Previous catalog sales experience preferred, but not required. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. As an Inbound Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible in leading and motivating a sales team of 20-30 people. You will hire, train and mentor our Inbound Sales staff.

PC Microsoft Suites experience required, 4-year degree preferred.
