Job Description:
· Direct IQ Inspectors
· Manage QRT System for suppliers and see that policies in each office are followed and enforced
· Interact with manufacturing advisors and superintendents on quality issues (supply issue and process issues
· Manage the cost of the area (labor costs, material costs and indirect costs
· Coordinate the monthly supplier quality meeting (schedule supplier review and participation with supplier)
· Communicate the supplier or incoming Quality QOS to manager and others
· Support CIWG
· Manage the layout of parts as required (CMM)
· Ensure objectives of SQDCME
Requirements include:
· Process Driven
· Supervisory Experience
· Floor Experience
· Experience with SPC
· Black Belt Experience
· Willingness to work all shifts
· Good problem solving skills
· Knowledge of QLS
· Green Belt Certified
· Computer skills
· Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001
· Understand vehicle manufacturing process
· Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
· Working knowledge of Quality
· Trouble Shooting Skills
