w Coordinates and prepares indirect loan application for consideration: -Establishes loan file and secures required documentation to process loan. -Organizes and prepares applicable documents/paperwork within the necessary time frame to stay within compliant regulations -i.e.: Truth in Lending prior to submitting to underwriting, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information. -Responsible for completing the credit investigation of the applicants based on information contained in the application -Submits loans through automated underwriting system. -Gathers data and inputs information via loan origination system. Utilizes system to track status of application. -Prepares applications and supporting documents for final underwriting consideration. -Prepares documentation based on final underwriting decision. Follows up on conditions inform member of approval, etc. w Handles inquiries directly or refers to appropriate resources for resolution. Secures necessary information to resolve issues and concerns via document research or on-line inquiry. w Addresses member consumer related questions including rates, products, and disclosures via telephone, face-to-face, and e-mail. w Clears necessary underwriting conditions with member prior to submitting for closing. w Performs related duties as assigned. |

A.) or equivalent from two-year college; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. w Ability to operate a personal computer with a high level of proficiency in such software applications as word processing and spreadsheets. w Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers,, members, and the general public. w Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages w Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
