Industrial-Branch Manager -Fargo, North Dakota
Primary accountabilities:
*Extensive travel to client site locations on a weekly or as needed basis within 250-300 miles of Fargo, ND.
*Provide leadership, strategic direction and vision for the development of the Fargo Branch.
*Develop and maintain Branch's Business Plan.
*Ensures effective training and development of team, reporting training activities and costs are to Head Office.
*Responsible to ensure the effective application of client's health and safety policies.
*Monitor safety orientation for all employees, completion of pre-job hazard assessments, job site inspections and safety meetings.
*Maintain current knowledge of OSHA regulation compliance.
*Provide safety reports for Branch as required.
*Responsible for the management of field operations.
*Ensure projects are performed on time and on budget.
*Ensure satisfied client evidenced by a high percent of repeat business and positive client survey results.
*Responsible for proactive and professional Marketing/Sales/Client Education activities to achieve both short and long-term goals.
*Develops division's marketing/sales and client education plan and follows through.
*Achieves or exceeds budgeted annual branch revenues at acceptable margins.
*Responsible for overall financial and administrative management of the Fargo Branch.
*Monitor and approve all branch general administrative expenses.
*Ensures Head Office reporting is accurate and timely.
*Maintains office, vehicles and equipment in a professional manner.
*Ensures compliance with Client's management policies and procedures.
General Accountabilities:
*Responsible for recruitment and training of employees.
*Participate in client's Senior Management Strategic Planning meetings.
*Cooperates fully with other team members to maximize and support authorized Training/Development within the Branch.
*Develops and pursues a formal plan for personal and professional growth/learning.
*Performs such other duties and accountabilities as my be assigned by the Director of US Operations.
Qualifications:
*Prefer: degree in Construction Management, Business Management or skilled trade
*Required: 10 years of construction, concrete or industrial management experience
Other:
*$60,000-$75,000 DOE
*Extensive travel to client site locations on a weekly or as needed basis within 250-300 miles of Fargo, ND.
