Industrial Engineer

Description of Work:
Proposal Development, Line balancing and manning, Man assignments, Time Studies (Work Sampling and Elemental), Performance analysis and reporting, Budgeting (Indirect and Direct), Budget analysis, Ergonomic analysis, Awareness of facility layout, tooling, etc...

Job Requirements:
Bachelor' Degree required in one of the following disciplines or equivalent demonstrable skills acquired from Work Experience with education or training in the science of Industrial Engineering with additional emphasis in the Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Process Planning, Information Systems, and Operations Management arenas. Demonstrated skill and knowledge of Time and motion process, able to develop and explain standards, and develp budget proposals.
Strong Communications and Interpersonal Skills.
Self Directed.
Minimum of 1 years experience with process planning software (CIMLINC/HMS CAPPS) and material requirements planning (MRP) System.
Microsoft Office Suite Skills (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
BiQuery / Discovery Skills Desired (Data warehouse).
Desired: Experience in Project / Program Management.
Must have good interpersonal skills.
