Develop best methods and perform work measurement in support of an engineered labor standards program.  Lead conceptual design, data analysis and justification of capital and facility expansion projects.  Evaluate and recommend improvements to maximize workflow and spatial utilization.  Update and maintain facility AutoCAD layouts.  Some travel required.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degreein Industrial Engineering.


• 0-3 years experience related to industrial engineering.


• Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office software required.


• Work measurement and time study experience required.


• Ability to effectively present information to all levels of management.


• Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions, safety rules.


• Strong technical aptitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Related experience in distribution and direct-to-consumer businesses.


• Proficiency in database applications:  SQL and Access.


• Experience in human factors/ergonomics.
