Occupational Summary
Acts as a liaison between Client Services and other areas of the facility by providing timely and accurate information needed for the production of a quality product. Set standards, reduce down time, handling and optimize processes. Implement continuous improvements and lean in all areas.

Occupational Responsibility
� Do all quoting for all new products and package designs.
� Set and review standards in all operational areas.
� AutoCad layout design
� Packaging Engineering Process Flow
� Facilities Engineering Process Flow
� Training of new standards
� General Knowledge of Quality Manual
� Coordinate and track projects to key milestones
� Reporting and presenting data
� Increasing production on existing equipment
� Research where automation could be best utilized and offer suggestions.
� Work with all functional groups to find solutions to optimize assembly and manufacturing operations, layouts
� Track unaccounted hours and other labor tracking
� Analyze carton designs and dunnage for maximum utilization
� Site utilization
� Utilize TOPS for pallet and carton configuration
Plant Safety Responsibility
� Taking into consideration safety and ergonomics in process changes or enhancements and always looking to eliminate the chances of injuries.

� Problem solving, studying and evaluating processes to find quantifiable causes.

� Must have experience in manufacturing, packaging equipment and had assembly operations
� Able to break down a work area to motions and combine and balance those to achieve optimum efficiency and product flow.
� Must be well versed in databases and spreadsheets

� Associates in Industrial Engineering or Equivalent
� Previous experience in hand packaging operations
� Proficient in computer skills
� Excellent communication skills
� Project Management Experience.

Physical Demands
� Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
� Able to stand/walk for long periods of time

Environmental Conditions
� Manufacturing Environment
