Principle Accountabilities:
Design, develop, test, and evaluate integrated systems for managing industrial production processes including human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or
Industrial Technology
English 95% required
6+ years work experience; Experience in training, leading and facilitating LEAN
events a plus
Highly developed analytical, written/oral communication skills; with strong
quantitative skills required
Proficient in MOST work measurement systems
Ability to work on several projects simultaneously while maintaining commitments
required
Must demonstrate the ability to achieve measurable cost reductions
