A globally recognized food manufacturer in further processed, fully cooked poultry needs an Industrial Engineer to join their successful team. S/He will aid management in improving processes to increase productivity while reducing cost. The Industrial Engineer will: · Optimize plant capacity and processes to ensure a cost efficient organization · Define product flow designs to measure success of established processes · Collaborate with management on product costs and new product development · Increase productivity through management of staffing, testing of new equipment and evaluation of new processes
The Industrial Engineer will have: · Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering · 10 years experience within a food manufacturing environment, preferably further processed, fully cooked poultry · Experience with design of plant layouts using Autocad · Good communication and problem solving skills Please provide a day time phone number where you can be reached.
