INDUSTRIAL / MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

 

An on-the-shop-floor leadership role in a CNC machining job shop environment. Develops, improves, implements and evaluates integrated systems of people, money, knowledge, information, equipment, energy, material and process. Quantifies standards and correlates performance, process parameters, ergonomics, and process capability.

 

Requirements:

Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing) CNC machining experience Union Shop supervisory experience preferred. ISO systems experience.
