Riverside Research Institute (RRI) is an independent, not-for-profit research institute.  We are committed to providing high quality, high level advisory support, applied science, engineering and technical solutions to our clients.  We are seeking five (5) Industrial Process Engineers in Security & Safety for Oil & Gas Facilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).  The work location will be located in Riyadh with travel throught KSA.  The period of performance is one (1) year, with the option of a second year.

We are seeking individuals with following qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, and/or Petroleum Engineering; MS preferred
• 10-15 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry Saftey Standards
• Subject matter expert of the petroleum industry
  
• Knowledge of current international security issues pertaining to Oil & Gas facilities
• Experience with performing vunerability assessments and independent oversite
  
• Prior experience living in and working with KSA Oil & Gas infrastructure highly desired
• Ability to review petroleum facility design charts, blue prints, oil and gas flow pipeline/refnery flow rates, etc
• Ability to evaluate safety considerations and compliance with international standards
• Must be assertive and flexible with excellent communication skills
  
• Eligibility for US government SECRET security clearance; current active clearance preferred
