Position Description:

JOB SUMMARY: Interacts with established customers and assists in the development of new prospects to increase sales in accordance with PSC policies, practices, and procedures. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Primary liaison between customer and PSC operations in resolving service issues • Monitors account activity to ensure that defined customer key performance indicators (KPIs) are met • Assists sales force in generation of incremental revenues from existing clients by selling additional PSC services and proactively pursuing executive-level relationships • Maintains quality relationships to retain clients and win referrals to new clients • Uses analytical skills to understand clients’ changing business issues and needs • Establishes, documents and maintains solid communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts • Performs effective communication of account activity and requirements with all support staff to ensure account services are maintained at the highest level. • Assists in developing, presenting and executing sales and marketing plans for each existing account. • Coordinates, organizes and presents business reviews and planning meetings as specified by the contact schedule specified for each account. • Performs other duties as assigned. MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE: • Direct feedback from internal and external customers EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS: • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE: • 5 or more years experience in operations and or sales • Proven track record of customer relations DEMONSTRATED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • Well-developed writing and verbal communication skills • Mechanical ability • Well developed ability to develop solutions to resolve account problems • Well-developed planning and organization skills • Well-developed ability to prioritize to meet multiple deadlines • Well-developed ability to operate in an ambiguous environment • Well-developed analytical skills • Well-developed leadership abilities • Developed ability to build positive relationships and handle conflict resolution WORKING CONDITIONS: • Field and office environment
