This is an excellent Direct Hire opportunity with our client, a financially sound and privately owned company located in rural Northwestern Pennsylvania, that is selectively searching for an Operations Manager to join their team!

Your leadership and business acumen will be used to grow sales, develop marketing, coach and build a successful sales team and continually look for ways to improve service and support clients.

The operations and management experience that is required for this position is specifically in the area of Industrial, Wholesale or Distribution

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven sales and leadership experience

  • Industrial, distribution or wholesale sales experience

  • 5+ years supervisory or management experience

  • Leadership that effectively motivates and achieves results through others and managing change

  • Experience developing new business and implementing successful business growth plans

  • Demonstrated ability to model excellent customer service and build strong business relationships

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer software

  • Flexibility for occasional travel if necessary
