Requirements:

Infant-Toddler Teacher Certification from the Department of Early Education and Care is required.

Successful candidates will:

Be nurturing educators who treat children, families, and colleagues with


kindness and respect.





Be keen observers of infant-toddler development with an ability to plan


emergent curriculum based on observations and knowledge of infant-toddler


development.





The ability to problem-solve and work collaboratively with teachers,


administrators, and families is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor degree or equivalent in early childhood education,


child development, developmental psychology or related field.





Talented early childhood professionals without the education qualifications


listed above will be considered if they have experience, training and


interpersonal skills to work effectively with young children, as well as a


commitment to professional development and advancement within the field.
