SOC Systems Support – Systems Engineer (12-163)

Location: Phoenix/Chandler, Arizona region

Security Clearance Eligibility: US Citizenship required - Clearable to Public Trust Security Clearance

·         Provides infrastructure and systems engineering support to the Security Operations Center

·         Responsible for assisting SOC operations in a 24X7X365 environment

·         Responsible for meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to SOC supoprt

·         Evaluates new and existing software products.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field

·         Must have 1 of the following Certifications: Security+, Network+, GIAC certification (GCIA, GCFW, GSEC, GCIH), CISSP or Microsoft certification covering server and workstation operating systems

·         5+ years of experience

·         Experience working with CiscoWorks, CompuWare, HP Network Node Manager, Cisco Secure ACS, Enterasys NetSight, McAfee ePO, IBM Tivoli End Point Manager (formerly BigFix), IBM Security Solutions, RSA EnVision, Webinspect, dB Protect, Tenable, Microsoft SCOM, InfoBlox DNS/DHCP and Juniper Netscreen Manager

·         Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance

·         US Citizen
