Information Management:  Plan, design, and implement solutions that deliver and analyze information efficiently for competitive advantage

Oracle Business Intelligence Managers are required to have:
 
- 6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
- 1+ years experience in managing large Business Intelligence engagements and project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping, planning and
budgeting, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live with a specific expertise in implementing business intelligence solutions in Oracle eBusiness Suite environments.  This effort can be within a management consulting environment or industry
- Hands-on experience working on at least 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (earlier called Siebel Analytics, abbreviated "OBI EE")
 
OR
 
at least 2 full-life-cycle implementations of Oracle Daily Business Intelligence and hands-on development/data mapping experience with Informatica and/or Cognos
·         Experience with leading at least one full life-cycle OBI EE initiative successfully through design, build, test & deployment efforts.
- Strong understanding of Intelligence Dashboards and Guided Navigation Links within Intelligence Dashboards
- 1+ years Experience with any 3 of the following:
- Supervising the configuration, scheduling, and
delivering personalized alerts using OBI EE Delivers to Intelligence Dashboards via Intelligence Agents (iBots)
- Overseeing the administration tasks related to the development and configuration of Intelligence Dashboards
- Providing recommendations to integrate OBI EE applications with OBI EE eBusiness Applications
- Configuration of ETL maps to selectively refresh the OBI EE Relationship Management Warehouse
- Providing technical recommendations for creation, modification and filtering requests, formatting results in OBI EE Answers
- Proficiency in administration of OBI EE Answers and the OBI EE Web Catalog
- Understanding of OBI EE Relationship Management Warehouse Schema
- Deep knowledge of configuration of the OBI EE Relationship Management Warehouse for Global Deployments
- Experience managing medium-to-large project teams (8 to 20 direct reports)
- Willingness to travel to client locations (80%)
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years
equivalent professional experience.

In addition, successful Manager candidates will also have the following preferred skills:
 
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Eagerness to mentor junior staff.
- An advanced degree in the area of specialization is preferred.
