Technology Strategy & Architecture:  Deliver Technology Advisory and Implementation solutions that extract and maximize business value from IT investments. Encompasses architecture, engineering, and operations services for the IT strategy, innovation, operations, and infrastructure required to deliver efficient and effective platforms fundamental to business success.
 
Information Management:  Plan, design, and implement solutions that deliver and analyze information efficiently
for competitive advantage

Oracle Business Intelligence Senior Consultant candidates are required to have:
- 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
- Hands-on experience working on at least 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (earlier called Siebel Analytics, abbreviated "OBI EE")
OR
- at least 2 full-life-cycle implementations of Oracle Daily Business Intelligence and hands-on development/data mapping experience with Informatica and/or Cognos
- 1+ years Experience with any 3 of the following:
- Creating and modifying Intelligence Dashboards and Guided Navigation Links within Intelligence Dashboards
- Using OBI EE Delivers to configure, schedule, and deliver Personalized Alerts to Intelligence Dashboards via Intelligence Agents (iBots)
- Performing administration tasks related to the development and configuration of Intelligence Dashboards
- Customizing the OBI EE web user interface

Integrating OBI EE applications with OBI EE eBusiness Applications
- Creating, modifying and filtering requests, and format results in OBI EE Answers
- Administration of OBI EE and the OBI EE Web Catalog
- Configuration of the OBI EE Relationship Management Warehouse for Global Deployments
- Configuration of ETL maps to selectively refresh the OBI EE Relationship Management Warehouse
- Experience leading small to mid-size teams (2 to 8 direct reports)
- Willingness to travel to client locations (80%)
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent professional experience.
 
In addition, successful Senior Consultant candidates will also have the following preferred skills:
- Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
.
- Willingness to mentor junior staff.
- An advanced degree in the area of specialization is preferred.
