The Information Solutions Analyst will support the Information Solutions Manager in enabling Acosta’s Mass division, consumer packaged goods clients and retail customers to overcome business challenges through the use of innovative technology solutions.  Will interface with business stakeholders to identify ways to enhance electronic collaboration, increase efficiency and improve the flow of information.

Job responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

• Build relationships with internal and external clients in the various business units within Acosta.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and clients in establishing electronic information exchange and analytics.
• Assist in conveying the business imperative, key business processes and business requirements for IT services to the architects and service delivery teams in IT.
• Assist in the research of business requirements and technological alternatives and recommend appropriate IT services and solutions.
• Understand and manage customer expectations.
• Assist with service management and delivery to resolve any issues related to service performance.
• Assist business clients in creating and maintaining business cases for initiatives requiring IT investments.
• Assist in defining the scope of IT solutions and estimating IT costs.
• Ensure that all IT related business case information is forwarded to the business in a timely manner.
• Assist with key management reports on the quality of services and status of key IT projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years business, category, or IT systems analyst experience
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
• Strong verbal and writtenh communication skills
• Experience working in a fast paced environment

Preferred Criteria:

• IT project management
• CPG industry experience
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Finance or Information Systems
