• In this position, you'll have the opportunity to:
  
  
  Manage a team focused on technical recovery strategies, plan development, testing and maintenance.
  
  Lead virtual teams and provide leadership to minimize risks and restore capabilities during a crisis.
  
  Identify critical functions and processes; perform hands-on design, development, documentation; and test recovery plans.
  
  Ensure that disaster recovery requirements are factored into the systems development and change processes
  
  Plan corrective action and maintain a scorecard of disaster preparedness
  
  Assess risks and re-engineer environments to decrease recovery times and promote industry best practices
  
  Prepare and present progress reports for management teams
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  Are you interested?The ideal Information Systems Security/Disaster Recovery Planner candidate will possess:
  
  
  
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Science or equiv work experience
  
  
  
  • Certification as an Information Systems Security Professional-CISM, CISA, CISSP, SANS
  
  
  
  • Extensive experience in information technology operations and systems development activities, with 5+ years experience in Information Security/Disaster Recovery
  
  
  
  • DBR planning, CSIRT, regulatory compliance (PCI, HIPAA)
  
  
  
  • Highly knowledgeable of standards, compliance, security, and disaster recovery including the costs, benefits, and risks to the company
  
  
  
  • Project leadership skills
  
  
  
  • AD and MS servers, AS400, security and audit tools
