Information Technology Analyst 1

This position will serve as a member of Leonard J. Chabert Medical Center’s (LJCMC) Computer Services Department in Houma, LA.  Primary position responsibilities include but are not limited to installation and troubleshooting of workstations and various peripheral devices, installation and troubleshooting of various desktop applications, provision of technical support to all hospital employees, and assistance with the implementation of local IT projects. This position reports directly to the Computer Services Director.  Knowledge of Windows OS is required.  Experience with Microsoft Office, Citrix, and Siemens Medical Systems is highly desired.

Excellent customer service skills and previous work in a medical environment is a plus.  

Salary range: $40,000 - $74,000

A minimum qualification of a BS in a Science is required.
