Keane currently seeks an Information Technology Sourcer/Jr. Recruiter to join our team in Boston. The role of Jr. Recruiter/Sourcer entails market research as well as the identification, qualification, and presentation of the IT industry's top talent. The Jr. Recruiter is responsible for proactively networking, posting, and searching job boards. Applicants should be ready to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity recruiting environment, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Other responsibilities include: - Following OFCCP guidelines to post and search for candidates. - Tracking of candidates throughout the interview process on Keane's Applicant Tracking System. - Managing candidates throughout internal interview process setting up technical and consultative screening interviews with internal staff. - Negotiating offer, acceptance and start date with candidates. Must Have: -Minimum of 2 yrs of full life cycle recruiting -Understanding of the new OFCCP guidelines and how they apply to recruiting. -Minimum of 1 yr of experience recruiting for a Technology focused Consulting firm. -Bachelors degree required. This is a full-time salaried position with Keane. Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered.
