IT Infrastructure Project Manager
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of IT project management experience
• Infrastructure knowledge over multiple platforms (Mainframe, Mid-range, Distributed, Database, Network, Storage, etc) (#1)
• Experience with hardware architecture development, capacity planning and sizing solutions to meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements (#2)
• Understanding of Healthcare and/or insurance terminology (desired)
• Understanding of PMI process or appropriate experience (desired)
• Workflow development process experience (desired)
This is an Intermediate PM position.
The following are possible duties that will be performed by this resource:
• Manage multiple infrastructure projects
• Be the IT PMO infrastructure subject matter expert to ensure that vendor and/or client resources are not “pulling the wool over our eyes”
• Review client's Backup & Disaster Recovery plan from an infrastructure perspective.
• Validate setup times in existing projects (ie. from ordering hardware to setup completion)
• Develop standard timings for infrastructure tasks to allow for more accurate project management

This resource will be working out of the client offices in Burlington
