UnitedHealth Group IT provides a diverse and comprehensive array of application design and infrastructure services designed to advance improved health and well-being for our customers, and to benefit UnitedHealth Group employees across the enterprise.  Comprised of the Application Services Group, Enterprise Technology Services Group and the IT Business Services Group, UnitedHealth Group IT has over 7,000 internal and external resources across the globe, and offices in California, Connecticut, Minnesota, New Jersey, South Carolina, Wisconsin and India.   Position Description: The Infrastructure Process Analyst supports UHG Enterprise Technology Services Infrastructure Services division by analyzing, designing and improving key Infrastructure provisioning and operational processes.   Primary Responsibilities: Support the implementation and delivery of standardized, cost effective, quality IT services Gather Provisional and Operational process requirements for IT Infrastructure processes Analyze and identify infrastructure service delivery process improvements Interpret requirements, develop specifications and implement process requirements related to IT Infrastructure Services Analyze and identify supply chain patterns, trends, constraints, and issues Implement improvements in Infrastructure Supply Chains Guide, train, instruct and assist others on process and data functionally related to IT Services Demonstrate strong leadership and judgment Qualifications: 5+ years experience writing system requirements documentation, gathering and analyzing data  3+ years experience as a technical systems analyst 5+ years  proficiency in MS Office Applications- Visio, Excel, Word 1+ years knowledge and experience of Data Center operations/Infrastructure awareness 1+ years experience with  work flow and process tools Assets: ITG-Information Technology Governance  experience is a plus Six Sigma is a plus Metric generation and Summary Reporting  is a plus Experience working in a Data Center or as a Help Desk analyst is a plus Post-graduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience Diversity creates a healthier atmosphere:  equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V   UnitedHealth Group is a drug-free workplace.
